You own your data

Your vouches, profile, and content belong to you. By publishing content on Vouch you grant us a licence to display it as part of the service. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Use Vouch honestly. Do not post fake, misleading, or abusive testimonials. Do not impersonate others. Do not use the platform for spam or any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in account termination.

No account required to leave a vouch

Anyone can submit a testimonial through a collector link without creating an account. By submitting, they confirm the content is truthful and grant the profile owner the right to display it.

Platform liability

Vouch is a platform for sharing testimonials. While we cannot control the content that vouchers submit, Vouch is committed to being a trustworthy platform and will take reasonable steps to ensure that vouches are legitimate and credible. If a vouch is found to be inaccurate or not credible, the Vouch team may contact the relevant user and request its removal to uphold the integrity of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Vouch after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
